Maggie Linvill Smith brings uncommon depth, discipline, and perspective to commercial real estate. As President and CEO of Linvill Properties, she leads with a sophisticated understanding of asset performance, property stewardship, market cycles, and owner objectives. Her work blends financial rigor with creative problem-solving, helping clients make clear decisions in complex real estate environments.
Maggie’s perspective is shaped by decades of ownership and advisory experience in the real estate industry, her perspective as a broker since 1991, and her global consulting work with the United Nations, World Bank, and USAID at pivotal moments in economic transformation and international development. That range of experience informs the way she analyzes investments, navigates change, builds exceptional teams, and creates value for clients.
A graduate of Brown University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Maggie is also an active civic leader, speaker, mentor, and industry contributor, including frequently serving as a judge and panelist for the Minnesota Real Estate Journal and other industry organizations and publications.
